Dungeon Alone ("the App") is developed and operated by Duskfall Interactive. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (used for authentication only)
• A password (stored securely and never readable by us)

Game Data
We collect and store:

• Character names, classes, and stats you create
• Campaign progress, game session history, and inventory
• AI Dungeon Master conversation history tied to your campaigns
• Character portrait images generated from your descriptions

We do not collect:

• Your real name
• Payment information
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Any data from your device outside the App

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Save and restore your game progress across sessions
• Power the AI Dungeon Master with your campaign context
• Generate character portrait images

We do not sell your data to any third party, use your data for advertising, or share your data with anyone outside of the services listed below.

4. Third Party Services

Supabase — Used for account authentication and game data storage.

Anthropic Claude API — Used to power the AI Dungeon Master. Your in-game conversation history is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses.

OpenAI API — Used to generate character portrait images. Your character description is sent to OpenAI to generate a portrait.

Cloudflare Workers — Used as a secure API proxy between the App and third-party services.

5. Data Retention

Your account and game data are stored for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

6. Children's Privacy

Dungeon Alone is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, please contact us immediately.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication provided by Supabase. We do not store passwords in plain text.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Contact us with any privacy concerns

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
